Details:

  • Payroll check forms now support our standard forms designer. Both text and graphic forms are supported.  
  • Note: Due to file format differences, user defined check forms created prior to 20.1 must be manually brought forward into 20.1 before use. If desired, the user may create a new user defined form defaulted from their old forms. Details are below.


Navigation - Usage: 

Standard Forms: PAY > Payroll Calculations > Print Payroll Checks > 1) Standard Forms

There are now five standard forms available for printing payroll checks.

  1. Standard Payroll Check (Fixed-Font Text) - is the same as the old default form 1, AGRIS Default Payroll Check Format.

  2. Standard Payroll Check (Graphic) - is a graphic form in the same format as the fixed-font text form of the same name.

  3. Standard Payroll Check (Check, Stub, Stub) - is a graphic form similar to ACP standard form 4, AP Laser Check (Check, Stub, Stub) MM-DD-YYYY.

User Defined Forms: PAY > Forms Manager > Check Forms Design

  1. You may create both text and graphic user defined forms.
  2. If desired, you may select from the current standard forms, user defined forms, or user defined forms (Pre 20.1) as the starting point.

  3. If you choose option 3 to default from a pre-20.1 the layout will be brought forward into the new form. Due to potential differences in the way the forms were stored, the new form may not be exactly the same as the old. Make sure to verify the correctness of the new form before use.
