Description

1.

Open Company Extensions

Go to: Tools > Setup > Company > Company > Additional > Company Extensions

Note:  Users must be logged in as a system administrator to access this window.

Drop All CINCH Company checkboxes

  1. Only enabled if CINCH Not Installed is selected.

  2. Company SQL Components

    1. Functions

    2. Stored Procedures

    3. Tables

    4. Table Triggers

    5. Views

  3. Selecting a Company SQL Component and pressing the Drop button will warn/ask the user if they are sure they want to delete/drop the component for the specified company database.

    1. Yes, the component is deleted, and the user is notified when the deletion is completed.  Selecting OK returns the user to the Company Extensions window.  The component will be unchecked.

    2. No, the warning is closed, and the user is returned to the Company Extensions window with the component checked.

  2. Drops Company SQL Components once selected.

Go to: Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Cinch Sales > Sales Setup

Warn on Quantity Shortage, when checked, the system will warn the user within Sales Order Entry, Invoice Maintenance and Counter Sales Entry if more than the quantity available for the item is being sold.

Description

Open Shipment Invoicing

Go to: Transactions > Cinch Sales > Shipment Invoicing

Container, displays the Container ID assigned to a CINCH Warehouse Shipment pushed to CINCH via the CINCH Warehouse Ship App.  Once the shipment is processed, the Container ID will reside in the IRContainer column of the IRCSSOPLINECOMP table.
