  • Reduce or eliminate time on manual mixing operations in the field.

  • Minimize time to prepare loads for transport with information for pre-mixing chemicals prior to loading on transport.

  • Maximize the ability for warehouse staff to premix chemicals for loading on a truck with multiple totes plus large containers (i.e., for water and nitrogen mixes).

  • Increase clarity for the warehouse staff and applicator for what totes are necessary for each job that goes out on a truck with containers for multiple jobs.

  • Improve the ability to pre-mix chemicals for multiple jobs via smaller premix totes. Examples with 100 gallon totes include:

    • 1st job for 65 acres requires 2.5 totes of Chemical premix and each 2.5 totes = 250 Gal of mixed chemicals + 393 Gal Water = 10 Gal per acre.

    • 2nd job for 20 acres requires .8 totes of Chemical premix and each .8 totes = 80 Gal of mixed chemicals + 320 Gal Water & Nitrogen = 20 Gal per acre.

    • 3rd job for 34 acres requires 1.3 totes of Chemical premix and each 1.3 totes = 130 Gal of mixed chemicals + 209 Gal Water & Nitrogen = 10 Gal per acre.

  • Maximize the ability to clarify and track constraints when creating a formulation blend. Examples include:

    • Total volume requirements for High Volume and Low Volume products separately.

    • Ability to set and change the size of High Volume and Low Volume container sizes for each blend with default settings (e.g., High Vol = 1000 Gal Low Vol =100gal)

    • Ability to display the current volumes per loadout load out batch on the screen and on the forms (loadout load out stats for both total and sprayer)e

Equipment Maintenance allows user to assign containers when the equipment is designated as liquid and assigned both the Loadout Load Out and new CTruck roles. There are two types of containers, Tanks and Pods. User is able to assign and manage multiple containers per equipment, including setting weight and volume capacity.

Designated CTruck equipment can be assigned as AGY Location and Formulation Group default loadoutload out. Assigning CTruck equipment as loadout load out requires blender assignment to be blank.

Release to container truck process is initiated when a CTruck is assigned as blend release load out. Process will calculate the number of trucks required to complete entire release based on tank and pod volume capacity. Blend screen displays total release and single CTruck release information. Batch item grid continues to be display in the upper portion of the blend screen. The bottom screen portion displays the Release Summary, Truck Summary, Containers with fill capacity and coverage area, and Container Material breakdown. Features available to user are CTruck Selection, Setting Container Availability, Editing Container Fill Volume and Coverage Area, and exiting Truck Release.

When user posts release by selecting Delivery Ticket, Invoice, or Ok options, and truck release does not consume the entire release, application provides user an option to continue truck release process after completing post operation.

Enhancement also includes new equipment report filtered by CTruck equipment role and Blend and Field Ticket Truck Release forms.
