1. Download the app:
Google Play Store: Download the “Dynamics 365 for Phones”.

2. Open the app.
3. At the bottom of the screen tap on the “Sign in with a web address instead”.
4. Provide your company’s CRM URL and tap on the blue arrow.
NOTE: The URL is case-sensitive.
5. The following window will appear. It’s up to you to share your usage data.
NOTE: It’s not required to share your usage data to use this application.
6. If the CRM URL was correct, you will be presented with another login screen.
7. Provide your Insight email and password and tap Sign in.
8. Now, let the app process and load some data. This may take a few minutes, make sure to not close out of the app.
9. After all data is processed and loaded successfully, you will see the home dashboard.
