AGS-3385:  Regulatory: Support printing and e-filing of information tax forms for 2017 (to be processed in 2018) 

Regulatory changes for for AGRIS 18.1.0 include:

• New 1099 forms (MISC/INT/DIV/PATR) for tax year 2017.
• New W-2 form for tax year 2018 including a new box 12 code (FF - Permitted benefits under a qualified small employer healt reimbursement arrangement) as an available deduction.
