Widgets and/or favorites may be selected for any package that has a menu selection for Report Manager. Select GRN>Report Manager>Ticket Reports or the desired report type, including advanced. Then select the print option for either standard or user defined reports.

Click the Favorites button at the bottom of the form.

On the Favorites form, any report may be designated as a favorite or a dashboard favorite. Reports with an asterisk in the File Name column may also be designated as a dashboard widget. Highlight a report and double-click it or click the select button. This menu will be displayed allowing the user to choose the desired option.

• Not A Favorite - clears the selection

• Favorite (F) - report designated as a favorite - existing functionality

• Dashboard Favorite (D) - report placed in favorite grid on dashboard

• Dashboard Widget (W) - report widget generated and displayed on dashboard

The favorite column will display the appropriate single character designator. Reports that generate files may not be designated as a dashboard widget.

Click the Preview Widget button on the favorites form to see a sample image of the widget before subscribing.
