What is OTP?

A one-time passcode (OTP) is a new security feature that will help safeguard your MyGrower account. OTPs are time-sensitive single-use codes sent via email or text each time you log into an account.

How to register

To enable this new security feature, please contact a MyGrower administrator to activate it and ensure your account is properly configured with Twilio.

To set up a Twilio account, please provide the MyGrower team with the following:

  1. Business’s Legal Entity Name

  2. Website URL

  3. Business’s Address

Please note that it may take a couple of days to receive approval of your registration.

  4. If you received an expired or invalid passcode message, please select ‘resend passcode' and input the new one-time passcode.

  5. If you enter the incorrect one-time passcode after 10 attempts, you will need to resend the code.
