  • Customers are signing up to pilot test a new feature called "Greenstone eSign Documents"!  This capability allows AGRIS grain contracts to flow to a signature service and notifies your counter party in MyGrower and/or an email that a new contract / confirmation is ready for signature.  Upon electronic signature of the contract / confirmation by the counter party, the electronically signed contract confirmation automatically flows into the AGRIS AttachToo document management / storage system AND changes the Signed Status flag to signed.  This minimizes costs to print and send contracts / confirmations to counter parties, as well as time following up on unsigned contracts / confirmations.  
  • The next AGRIS release will be 18.3.0 with a focus on usability.  It is planned for July, 2018.
  • The ability to run the AGRIS system on the Microsoft SQL Server database (MSSQL) is a reality!

  • A MOBILE BOOKING APPLICATION is nearly ready for pilot testing!  This app allows sales people to effiiciently capture deals / bookings with customers electronically with smart phones or other data enabled devices.  The Booking app maximizes the timelinesss of inventory positions and reduces the risk of losing paper booking transactions.  It also shows customer credit information for more timely discussions, as well as on-hand inventory quantities and positions for searched items.  Stay tuned for more information or join the "Systems of Engagement" user group on the Greenstone Community to provide your input on this.
