This improvement displays ticket remarks in the grid and

allows you to sort the grid by remark columns.

This new feature will allow you to:

1. Select up to 5 "searchable" ticket remark fields to display on ticket selection grid in "Group Apply From Hold" option.
2. Pull any of the 5 fields into viewable area of the ticket selection grid 's viewable area and sort the grid by any of the 5 fields.
