AGS-8629: Provide an option to NOT split a contract schedule when cross-apply a ticket to another name id's contract


Commodity Accounting System now provides a setup option that allows the user to specify whether or not contract schedules are to be split when cross-applying tickets to another name id.  

Setup Information

  1. File Format
    1. Image Removed
    2. Storage Facility is a single character field.  The facility must be set up in AGRIS or the import record will be rejected.
    3. Bin is a three character numeric field.  The bin must be set up in AGRIS or the import record will be rejected.
    4. Both Storage Facility and Bin are optional fields.  They must both be populated or both be blank.  They can not be used independently.
    5. Storage Facility and Bin are only valid for Manufacture Transactions, field B=3, for Commodity Items, field F=6.

Inventory Activity Export

Storage Facility and Bin are now included in the standard Inventory Activity Export File and Spreadsheet.image2019-2-19_14-49-34.pngImage Removed

  1. Valid responses are:
    1. Y = Split contract schedule (existing functionality)
    2. N = Do Not split contract schedule
  2. When this option is set to "N", the following areas will be affected:
    1. Ticket Entry, Apply to another Name ID’s contract: If the setup option is set to “N”, then do not split the contract price schedule.  This will function the same in “Ticket Entry” or in “Cross Country Ticket Entry”
    2. Cross Country Ticket Entry, Apply to another Name ID’s contract: If the setup option is set to “N”, then do not split the contract price schedule.
    3. Apply From Hold, Apply to another Name ID’s contract: If the setup option is set to “N”, then do not split the contract price schedule.
