1. From the Toolbar, click Name and Address .
2. From the Name and Address menu, select Name/Address Maintenance, and then select Change Name Id.

3. Click OK.
4. Next a warning pop up screen will show, as pictured below, read and follow if necessary before continuing.

5. Click OK.

6. In the Original Name Id box, type in the name id or click Lookup or type * and press Enter to search for the name id.
