Name Quick Launch button - View / Edit Name information (like lienholders, ACH on File, Power of Attorney, etc.) via new button  to right of "Go", specific to Name/Address.Address (AGS-4577)

This feature displays new Name/Address Maintenance quick launch button which allows user to launch name/address maintenance application with a single click.  Feature also returns user back to the calling application after existing name/address maintenance application.
