1. From the Toolbar, click LDG for General Ledger.

2. From the General Ledger menu, select Inquiry Options, and then select Journal Entry Inquiry.

3. In the Journal Location box, click Lookup or type * and press Enter, and then select the journal location, or type the journal location you want to inquire on.

4. In the Journal Period box, type the journal period you want to inquire on.

5. In the Journal Entry # box, type the journal entry number you want to inquire on.

6. Click OK.

7. If you want to inquire on the general ledger distribution line select the line to display additional information, and then click Select.
