The Profiles screen is the first screen shown after you log in to Greenstone Audit.  Profiles determine which installation of AGRIS that Audit will be monitoring.  We recommend using unique Profile Names.  You may define as many different profiles as you wish and each profile can point to a different AGRIS database.  Each database, however, only has one configuration.  That means that if profiles A and B point to the same AGRIS instance and a user makes changes under profile A, those changes will also be reflected under profile B as well.  For that reason it is not recommended to have multiple profiles pointing to the same database.  Please contact your AGRIS or database administrator if you do not have all the information necessary to define your profile.  The Database Servers may be either ip addresses or computer names.

Once your profiles are defined choose the desired profile and click Select to continue to Audit Configuration and Inquiry.  Clicking Audit Configuration or Audit Inquiry without selecting a profile will currently result in an error.
