Situation:

What to do if oneWeigh stops printing and there have been no changes in the PC configuration. Before Agris Support can assist, the system must be able to print a Windows Test page.

Some oneWeigh systems may have:

  1. An office printer for reports

  2. An inside printer for tickets

  3. An outside printer for tickets

Steps to verify the correct printers to test:

...

Go to ONE>Ticket Entry – Record the Workstation Name at the top of the screen.

Exit Ticket Entry

...

The following screen will pop up and will have the printers that need to be tested.

Now that the printers that oneWeigh uses have been identified, a Windows Test Page can be run. The following instructions are for Windows 10.

...

STEP THREE – Print a Windows Test Page in Win 10

  1. In the Search box on the taskbar, type Devices and Printers.

  2. Touch or click Devices and Printers (Control panel).

  3. Touch and hold or right-click your identified printer.

  4. Touch or click Printer Properties.

Be sure to select Printer Properties and not Properties, or you will not see a Print Test Page button.

  1. Under the General tab, Touch or click Print Test Page.

  2. If a Windows test page prints – call Agris Support for further help with oneWeigh tickets.

  3. If a Windows test page does not print, contact your local IT support group and resolve the Windows test print issue.
