The standard Trial Balance Report is now available to export to a spreadsheet.
Usage
1. | In AGRIS, go to General Ledger, Report Manager, Journal Entry Reports, Print Standard Reports |
2. | The Trial Balance Spreadsheet is a new spreadsheet report at the bottom of the list.  |
3. | Select this spreadsheet option and you will have the same filter options available as the Trial Balance Report.  |
4. | This report will create an output csv file with all of the same columns as the Trial Balance Report. A csv file will be created and then launched into Excel as shown below (or launched into whatever application is associated for csv files, as configured on your operating system).  |
