Reconciles

  • We recommend a SQL backup of your database before running any reconcile.

    • If you are reconciling one document because it is already showing incorrectly, the reconciles are generally safe for one document at a time. However, we highly recommend a SQL backup when reconciling more than one document!

  • Take advantage of your TEST company, before reconciling in LIVE.

  • Always Reconcile in CINCH before GP

  • For GP, always reconcile Purchase Orders before reconciling Payables, Inventory, or InventoryFinancials. It’s important that the purchasing documents are correct since purchasing information may be altered during to the reconcile process and is used when reconciling inventory quantities and payables accounts. Same with Sales, always reconcile Sales Orders before reconciling Receivables, Inventory, or Financials.
