The AGRIS 10.1.2 Patronage package now allows you to:

• Create a new Voting Flag Export/Import with Activity advanced report that helps simplify the process to manage Equity records such as voting rights, patronage eligibility, and stock ownership status and assist in complying with By-Laws.

• Populate box 3 of the 1099-PATR with Section 199 deduction information.  This is accomplished within the Source Allocation / Per Unit Retains option of Patronage without requiring grain settlements to go through export / import.  NOTE:  The grain settlements are net settlement amounts only after any deductions at this time.

• Perform a mass transfer of stock and/or stock credit for multiple patrons based on the current transaction flags in Name/Address (new)or the previous flags saved when the transaction was created.  NOTE: The Mass Transfer of Equity #9 Extended Option feature is controlled by an extended option and must be licensed for use.  Please contact your Account Manager for more information.
