5234: Ability to print delayed price receipts
Do you want to:
- Reduce time and effort to produce delayed price receipt forms?
- Maximize accuracy of delayed price receipt form information?
This improvement provides new Delayed Price Receipt Forms and a menu option to print them. The new functionality is based on the Warehouse Receipt Forms functionality.
This new feature will allow you to:
- Select up to 5 "searchable" ticket remark fields to display on ticket selection grid in "Group Apply From Hold" option.Pull any of the 5 fields into viewable area of the ticket selection grid and sort the grid by any of the 5 fields.from three standard Delayed Price Receipt Forms, or design your own custom forms, with the same features as Warehouse Receipt Forms.
- Choose which form to use as the default form.
- Control access to form design and printing with new security options.
- Automatically email the forms using the Email Forms Maintenance menu option.
NOTE: Bushels must be put on a DP receipt, by using apply from storage, prior to printing the form.

- Specify up to 5 remark fields with a Y or N setup on the Ticket Search column. Y designates this remark to be used as a filter in the Ticket Search (existing functionality) and to be displayed as a grid column when applying tickets from hold.

- Selected ticket remark fields, maximum of 5, display as additional columns on the Ticket Selection grid.
- Headings on the grid are the user-defined name of each remark field.
- Column includes the remarks from each of the tickets in the grid.
- Click on the column heading and sort the grid by remark value.
- Scroll the grid to the right in order to view the ticket remark fields.
- Re-order the columns on the grid.

Forms Manager > Delayed Price Receipt Forms
- There are three standard forms, or you may design custom forms.
- The form options and fields available are similar to those available for Warehouse Receipt Forms.
- The ability to save a copy to the spool, a folder, and Document Storage are all available for User Defined Forms.
Navigation to Use: GRN > Forms Manager > Choose Default Forms
- There is a Delayed Price Receipts menu option added to the Choose Default Forms menu.
Navigation to Use: GRN > Customer Status > Delayed Price Receipt Forms
- The filters available for printing are similar to those for Warehouse Receipts.
