Overview

Use this job aid to verify on order/committed inventory. Performing this job aid recalculates the On Order and Committed boxes for each active line item and component items of "custom" formula/manufactured items. If these two boxes are out of balance, the inventory balance file can be updated. This job aid can be run at any time. You may include it in your periodic (month-end) procedures to ensure that all items have the correct values in the On Order and Committed boxes.
