  1. From the Toolbar, click GRN for Commodity Management.
  2. From the Commodity menu, select Customer Status.
  3. From the Customer Status menu, select Customer StatusSummary.Image Added
  4. In the Purchase/Sales box, type P for Purchase or S for Sales.
  5. In the Name Id box, click Lookup or type * and press Enter, and then select the name id you want to inquire on, or type the name id you want to inquire on. This box is optional if you enter a contract number.
  6. In the Contract box, click Lookup or type * and press Enter, and then select the contract you want to inquire on, or type the contract you want to inquire on. This box is optional if you enter a name id.
  7. In the Location box, click Lookup or type * and press Enter, and then select the location you want to inquire on, or type the location you want to inquire on. This box is optional if you enter a name id.
  8. Click OK.Image Added
  9. Select Customer Status Inquiry. (Customer Summary? Not sure here - Penny)
  10. The Comm and Loc boxes identify a commodity and accounting location.
  11. The No Delv Sh box displays tickets that are not yet on a delivery sheet.
  12. The Hold box identifies the bushels on hold.
  13. The Open Store box identifies the bushels in open storage.
  14. The Grain Bank box identifies the bushels in grain bank.
  15. The WH Receipts box identifies the bushels on warehouse receipts.
  16. The D.P. box identifies the bushels in delayed price storage.
  17. The Unpaid Contract box identifies the bushels applied to unpaid contracts
  18. Select a commodity for more information.
  19. Select an application for more information.
  20. Select a ticket for more information.
  21. Click OK.
