  1. From the Toolbar, select AGY for AgroGuide.

  2. From the AgroGuide Menu, select General Setup, then select Application Conditions - Edit.

  3. Click New, to create a new Application Condition.

  4. In the AC Code box, Type the unique code of an application condition. For example, APPLDATE is the AC Code for Application Date.

  5. In the AC Name box, Type the name of the application condition. For example, “Application Date.”

  6. In the UOM box, From the drop-down list, select the unit of measure associated with the application condition, if applicable.

  7. In the Data Type box, Select the option that best describes the type of data associated with this application condition. The options include: number, string, date, or time.

  8. In the Size box, Type the maximum size of the application condition. If you have the data type set as a string you may want to limit the value entered for this to 5 characters, therefore, enter the size as 5.

  9. In the No. Decimals box, If the data type is numeric, type the number of decimals it should have.

  10. In the Edit Type box, The options include:

    1. Free Form – you can type in anything for the value.

    2. List – you select a value from a predefined list.

    3. Range – you can enter a value that must fall between the predefined range.

  11.  Mark the Available for Field Ticket checkbox if you want the application condition to be available to print on the Field Ticket.  

  12. In the Range box, If you set the Edit Type to Range then enter the Minimum and Maximum value of this range.

  13. In the Application Condition List Value box, If the Edit Type to List then enter the list values here.

  14. Mark the Is Inactive checkbox,  To remove an application condition from the active list.

  15. Click Apply, to save changes and create or modify application condition.

  16. Click OK, to save all changes in the application condition.Press Esc until the Toolbar becomes active.
