You can add a Manual Weigh button to the Ticket Entry screen. This is useful to have in case A benefit to adding this is if your scale is having issues sending the data to the One Weigh oneWeigh workstation.

Navigate to One > Setup Information > Workstation Information > Interface > Scale

3. Open ticket entry > select “Add” > select “Manual Weight”

4. You will be prompted to enter in the access code you entered back in the scale interface.

5. Enter in the weight and select “ok”.

This can be done for both inbound and outbound weights. It is important to note that oneWeigh will track tickets that have manual weights taken for transparency and record keeping. |
