To print the inventory price list:

  1. From the Toolbar, click INV for Inventory.
  2. From the Inventory menu, select Inventory.
  3. From the Inventory Menu, select Inventory Pricing Menu.Image Added
  4. Select Print Inventory Price List.Image Added
  5. Select the type of form you want to print.Image Added
  6. In the Price Value To Use box, type 1 for Retail (Charge), 2 for Warehouse (Cash), or 3 for Price Schedule.
  7. Click OK.Image Added
  8. In the Beginning and Ending boxes, type a range of information that will limit the inventory items that will print on the pricing list, or leave blank to include all inventory items on the price list.
  9. In the Effective Date box, type the date that the prices are effective. The prices on this list are not automatically updated on this date.
  10. In the Comment Line #1 and #2 boxes, type any appropriate comments.
  11. In the Include Active Inventory Items Only box, type Y to eliminate inactive inventory items from the list, or type N to include both active and inactive inventory items.
  12. Click OK.Image Added
  13. In the Printer box, type the number associated to the place you want your report to print.
  14. In the Print Type box, type the number associated to the characters per inch to print the report in.
  15. In the Copies box, type the number of copies of the report you want to print.
  16. In the Pages From and To boxes, type the page number range you want to print the report for. Leave the boxes blank to print all pages.
