To create price schedules for multiple locations:

  1. From the Toolbar, click INV for Inventory.
  2. From the Inventory menu, select Inventory.
  3. Under Inventory, select Item Maintenance.Image Added
  4. Select View/Edit Inventory Items.Image Added
  5. The Location Code identifies the document location where the inventory item is maintained, click Lookup or type * and press Enter, and then select the location, or type the location code you want to view or edit the inventory item in.
  6. In the Item Number box, click Lookup or type * and press Enter, and then select the item number, or type the item number you want to view or edit.
  7. Click OK.Image Added
  8. Select Price Information.Image Added
  9. View or Edit the information on the Price Information windowwindows, if need be.

  11. In the price schedule code box, click Lookup or type * and press Enter, and then select the price schedule code that you want to edit and copy to another location.
  12. Or enter in the price schedule code that you want to add to this item.
  13. Click OK.Image Added
  14. At the Pricing Information page with Description Notes, Calculation Base and Type, and any other changes in the boxes as necessary or leave blank.
  15. Answer “Y” to the “Valid For All Locations?” question. Enter all other information. Press OK. This price schedule is now in affect for this item at all locations. The schedule does not have to be entered at each location.Image Added
  16. To make a price schedule at one location different than at all other locations:
    1. In the location desired, follow the steps above: (steps 12-14)
    2. Price Schedule information will default from the one already entered. Answer “N” to the “Valid For All Locations?” question. Change other information. Press OK.Image Added
    3. This price schedule is now in affect for this item at this location. The original price schedule remains in affect for this item at all other locations.
    4. Deleting this location specific price schedule puts the price schedule at all locations back in effect at this location. A price schedule at a specific location overrides one at all locations.
  17. Click OK (this will take you to the price schedule screen, where you can add/edit another price schedule)
  18. Click on Save/Exit once you are done adding/editing the price schedule screenImage Added
