When you add a new salesperson the following AGRIS Security must be configured.

5. Type the letter (N) to quickly search for the NAM package. 6. Scroll down and locate Locate Setup Information options.7. Individually set Name Id Types and Name Id Codes to security level 2 or higherand set the following options to appropriate security levels:

6. After you are done setting up, click Back.

8. For changes to take effect on the mobile app, log out and log back in.
Setting up Min / Max Price security:
To set the security for Quotes, Bookings, Prepays and Sales orders to NOT allow users to price outside a specific price range the following items must be configured.
Security within the Inventory system
INVENTORY>Setup information>Order Entry Setup Options
On Screen 1 of 8 the fourth question is “ Allow Sales Pricing Outside Min/Max Range? Confirm this is set at “N” to enforce pricing for your company while using the AGRIS SALES APP.
Locate the INV package. Locate General Options and set the following options to appropriate security levels:
Override Min/Max Pricing levels. (Set security level to 0 to enforce or 3 or higher to override security)
Note: If you don't want to let a certain user(s) use this option set security levels to”0”.

After you are done setting up, click Back.
Select Option 11 - Save/Exit.
