Step-by-step guide:
1. Open AGRIS
2. Go to: Customize > System Security.

Import Payments (Set security level to 3 or higher).
Import Sales Bookings (Set security level to 3 or higher).
Import Sales Orders (Set security level to 2 or higher).

6. Type the letter (U) to quickly search for the SYS package. Locate setup information and set the following options to appropriate security levels.

7. After you are done setting up, click Back.
8. Select Option 11 - Save/Exit.
For Printing Sales Orders:
**Auto Approve for the user must be turned on**
This can be done in SalesReview under Settings > Auto Approve.
If your AGRIS version is 19.1 or older, the following additional steps are required:
1. Stay on the ACR package. Locate Payments / Prepayments and Sales Bookings then set the following options to appropriate security levels:
Payments / Prepayments (Set security level to 2 or higher).
Sales Bookings (Set security level to 2 or higher).
