WHAT ARE SOME OF THE NEW FEATURES AND BENEFITS?

Document Exchange

  1. FIXML 5.0 Trade Import processes import files to create Futures & Options transactions.
  2. A new service line setting of Translate Country Code has been added to AgXML 2.0 Shipment and Ticket Exports and the AgXML 4.0 Load, Shipment, Ticket, Purchase Contract, and Purchase Contract Price.
  3. AgXML 4.0 and CIDX 4.0 Load Imports have been enhanced to support the ability for the system to generate the next load order number in sequence.  
  4. oneWeigh Sales Order Export has been enhanced to allow the Ship To Address ID from the Load to be used when generating the AGRIS OneWeigh Sales Order file.  
  5. oneWeigh Customer Address Export has been created to export Cinch customer addresses as they are added or modified, in an oneWeigh NAMA1 file format.     

  6. oneWeigh Ticket Export has been created to take AgXML 4.0 Commodity Movement files and translate it into an AGRIS OneWeigh Ticket ASCII file format.  
Improve efficiency and reduce effort of sharing data between CINCH and other systems and services.


 

Miscellaneous

  1. Branch Lookup has been updated with the addition of All Branches and Include Inactive checkboxes.    

  2. Bill of Lading report has been updated to display *Reprint* if the report has been previously printed.  This occurs from Sales Order Entry, Counter Sales Entry, Invoice Maintenance, Sales Returns Entry, Sales Inquiry and Branch Transfer Entry.

  3. Support of the Dynamics GP Ribbons and Web Client deployment.

  4. General Setup has been updated with the removal of the Use VB COM Scale Interface checkbox. VB COM scale objects are no longer supported.

Grain

Transactions>Cinch Grain>Contract Wash Entry: Contract Lookups has been updated to only display posted contracts that are available to wash.    

Reduce effort to select applicable contracts available to wash.
Transactions>Cinch Grain>DPR Day Close: DPR Day Close has been updated with the addition of the Mark All checkboxReduce time to close a DPR.

Inquiry>Cinch Grain>Item Transaction Inquiry: Inventory Trx Inquiry has been updated so that the user will need to select Redisplay instead of auto refreshing the data.    

Improve system performance by allowing user to choose when to refresh transaction data.
Grain & SalesCINCH now allows the setup, entry and printing of the Certificate of Analysis and allows the setup of specifications for each flour item sold.  The system compares the COA quality information to the specification and warns the user if the product is Out of Spec. Improve visibility to and enforcement of inventory quality. Sales

Branch Transfer Setup has been modified with the addition of the Default Site From, Origination or Destination.  The setting will determine which Site will be used to default the In Transit Site into the Branch Transfer Entry screen.  

Reduce effort and improve data integrity of transfers of inventory between locations. Click HERE for more information.

Shipment Invoicing has been updated to fulfill and close a sales order.    

Simply process and improve efficiency and accuracy of the sales order fulfillment process

Print Cinch Receivables Statements has been modified to generate an item based prepay statement.  

Improve customer satisfaction by providing relevant information with less effort. Click HERE for more information.
Short Blend Price Only and New AddIn DLL: Allow rolling only the dollars, and not the quantity, into the short blend line. Improve options on how to display customer facing information.

Cross Customer Sales Contract settings of Allowed All and Allowed Related to support application to split documents and contract sub items.
