option to combine two fields into one (AGR-48570)

There is now an option available to combine Farm/Fields into other existing Farm/Fields. Image Removed

Navigation Path:   Name/Address Maintenance > Add New Name Id or Name/Address Maintenance > View/Edit Name Id

Select a name id or create a new one.

Then select the Farm/Field button to add/edit the Farm/Fields for this name id.

When the user selects a field and clicks the "Combine" button, they will be presented with a second Farm/Field grid where they can will appear to select the destination field.  All tickets will then be updated update to reflect the change.  If the source field was created in Name/Address then the user will be prompted to delete it if desired.  Fields defined in AgroGuide must be deleted through AgroGuide.Image Removed
