Sales contracts will now have to be saved prior to entering the Price Calculator Entry or Sales Contract Sub-Items windows.

If an Item is changed on a saved (not posted) sales contract, the system will check the Sales/Outbound User Setup window for the Disable Delete of Sub-Items/Pricing on Sales Contract setting.

  1. If checked, the warning displayed will give the user three options.

    1. Yes, will delete all price records and sub-items.

    2. No, will not delete the price records and sub-items, but it will recalculate pricing for the main item based on the new item’s Sales Contact Price Setup.  It will also make the new item the primary contract item within the Sales Contract Sub-Items window and display the recalculated price.

    3. Note: When No is selected it is highly recommended that the user reviews Price Calculator Entry and Sales Contract Sub-Items to ensure pricing and sub-items/pricing are correct.

    4. Cancel, will close the warning, and revert the item back to the originally saved item.

  2. If unchecked, the warning displayed will give the user two options.

    1. Continue, will delete all price records and sub-items.

    2. Cancel, will close the warning, and revert the item back to the originally saved item.
