At the end of the year, you may want to import any of the figures shown below for your patrons, in order to include this information on the 1099s. Some of your patrons may no longer be Active in the Name/Address System. Prior to 21.1, you would not be allowed to import any data against an Inactive Name ID. The only solution before would be to temporarily reactivate the Name IDs, process your import, then set them back as Inactive. With the 21.1 release, the Pass-Through Credit values are now allowed to be imported even when the Name ID is set as Inactive.
