Ticket Recovery is designed to recover lost tickets . and to send them to a designated location on your computer.

Usage

In AGRIS go to ONE > Ticket Recovery.

Opening Ticket Recovery will bring you to the following screen.While Ticket Recovery launches, the Communicator also launches in the background. The Communicator will also close when Ticket Recovery does.

Ticket Search Range

1. Ticket Date - is referencing the ticket tare date. The default ticket search range date and time will recover all the tickets from the current day (computer time).

2. The Location - is a dropdown list of the locations found in the workstation. However, the beginning and ending Location location defaults to the current location of the workstation.

If Ticket Recovery search finds no tickets the user you will receive the following popup, asking you to expand their the search criteria and try again.

After filling out the Ticket Search Range requirements and choosing a Ticket Export Type, clicking the “Recover Ticket(s)” button will bring you to the screens below.

If AGRIS export file (flat file) is selected

The following screens display all the tickets from the selected Ticket Search Range. By clicking the “Recover Ticket(s)” all tickets will be recovered. If you want to only print a single or a few tickets from this the list, back out to the Ticket Search Range and enter in more specific filter information.

1. This form has a slight variation for each Ticket Export Type. This screenshot is from the flat file Ticket Export Type.

If AGRIS export file (flat file) is selected

The Ticket Export File Path will only use a default file name if they are using Advanced Reports. Otherwise, the file path will be left empty for you to choose.

If AGRIS export file (XML) is selected

The XML Ticket Export Type variation has the Ticket Export Folder Path to choose where to save the XML ticket document(s).

If Alternate Destination Machine & oneView History is selected

Both the Alternate Destination Machine and the oneView History Ticket Export types have no option to choose where the tickets are sent to recover as that is determined by the Communicator settings.
