1.) Open Agris, go to ONE, Setup Information, Workstation Information
a.)Identify what workstation you are in
2.) Click Exit, go to Customize, Workstations, Select the workstation that matches the one you are working in.
3.) Click Select, click “ok” on the first screen
4.) The next screen will be titled “Windows/Text Printer Drivers”, select which printer number you are working with (if all printer numbers are blank select Printer #1), click the magnify glass next to the word windows
5.) Select which printer you want to print to. Then click select at the bottom.
6.) Click Save/Exit, go back into the same spot you were just in (Customize, Workstation, select workstation, click “ok”) and double check that it saved the printer you wanted in the desired printer number.
7.) Print a ticket to make sure everything is setup correctly.
