When performing an action within Agris I keep getting an I/O or PSQL 2 error.

This status code typically indicates a corrupt file, an error while reading from or writing to the disk.

  1. Look at the file the error is occuring on

  2. Open Agris and go to Maintenance- FIle Maintenance- Display files

  3. Select the package according to the file in the error.

  4. Look at the File name, table name, and description.

  5. Contact Agris Support (1800-366-2474) and verify that a file rebuild is the best option.

  6. After consulting Agris Support go back to Maintenance- FIle Maintenance- Rebuild Files

  7. Go into the necessary package and click on the file

  8. Click Rebuild and select Yes.
