There are TWO ways for you to see who made changes to a contract.

Option #1 Run A Hedge Audit Report

Go to GRN>Commodity Positions>Hedge GRN >> Commodity Positions >> Hedge Audit Reports.

  • Select “1) Print Standard

  • Reports”

  • Click on “Select”

  • Select Hedge Transaction Detail Report

...

Enter the parameters of what you are looking for. Document The document number will be your contract number. Transaction type allows you to narrow down the transactions on the document by using the codes listed on the right.

This will give you a report of the transactions. STA NUM “STA NUM” stands for station number and will give you the computer number of the person who made the transaction.

You can determine who has that station by going to Customize>WorkstationsCustomize >> Workstations

This will give you a list of your stations

Option #2 Using Position Inquiry

Go to GRN>Commodity Positions>Position GRN >> Commodity Positions >> Position Inquiry

Make sure the location you want is what you are looking at. If not, hit the location button at the bottom and change it. Then drill into the commodity.

    • Select “Dates”

    • Enter the date the contract was written as the beginning and leave the current date as ending

    ...

    ...

    • Highlight all Hedge Transactions

    ...

    • Select “Audit”

    ...

    • Enter your parameters

    ...

    The Document number is the contract number and the transaction types are listed on the right.

    ...

    This will display a list of transactions on the contract.

    • Highlight the one in question

    ...

    • Hit “Select”

    ...

    The Station ID and User ID, if you have security enabled, will show at the top of the record.
