When you add a new salesperson the following AGRIS Security must be configured.
Step-by-step guide:
1. Open AGRIS
2. Go to: Customize > System Security.
3. Select the user(s).
4. Select Option 4 - Edit Security Levels.
5. Type the letter (N) to quickly search for the NAM package.
6. Scroll down and locate Setup Information options.
7. Individually set Name Id Types and Name Id Codes to security level 2 or higher.
Setting up Bookings & Quotes:
1. Type the letter (R) to quickly search for the ACR package.
2. Locate General Options and set Import Sales Booking to the security level of 3 or higher.
Note: If you don't want to let a certain user(s) use this option set security levels to 2 or lower.
Setting up Prepays:
1. Stay on the ACR package.
2. Locate General Options and set Import Payments to the security level of 3 or higher.
Note: If you don't want to let a certain user(s) use this option set security levels to 2 or lower.
8. After you are done setting up, click Back.
9. Select Option 11 - Save/Exit.
10. For changes to take effect on the mobile app, log out and log back in.
