How to reset (when spinning circle keeps spinning or a blank screen appears):

Why does this happen?

  • This may happen if you have not used the app for several days / weeks.
  • This may happen if the application or website has been updated since you last logged in.

What to do on the mobile app?

  • Delete the app and re-install. (Note: Deleting the app from your phone will not result in any data loss).

What to do on the desktop website? 

  • If you get the spinning circle on the AGRIS Sales website, try clearing your browser history and cache.
  • Reload the AGRIS Sales website after clearing your history.
