  1. Please download the Dynamics 365 app. The app can be found in all stores where apps are sold. The specific app that you need to download looks like the image below.

2. After downloading the app, please open the app by clicking on it in your home screen.

3. You will be directed to this initial login screen.

4. Please DO NOT enter your email into the provided area where it ask for it. Your Insight login email will not work in this field.

5. Please click the Highlighted area in the picture below. It is labeled “Sign in with a web address instead”

6. You will now be asked to provide your company’s CRM URL. Please input the needed URL into the area where it ask.

NOTE: You must be very specific and precise when adding this URL. Any slight error will cause a denied request.

7. After clicking the blue arrow, you will see a similar screen to the one below. It is up to the users discretion for a response here.

8. If the correct web address is given, you will be prompted to another login screen.

8. The user should be familiar with the screen above. Please provide your Insight email and password to the needed fields. This should be the exact login credentials as the desktop version.

9. After successfully signing in, you will see a loading page similar to these two images below.

10. PLEASE NOTE: This step may take multiple minutes to be completed. Customizations are loading and take time to load.

11. The final screen you should see is your home dashboard within Insight. At this moment you have successfully logged into Insight.
