Congratulations on obtaining your license to use the Cultura Technologies LLC binSight™ Bin Management System (binSight v3.2.8). This document details the system requirements, both hardware and software, for the successful installation and proper operation of binSight v3.2.8 in your business environment. binSight version 3.2.8 Standalone/Server
This section describes the hardware and software required to run either a standalone workstation or a database server. In this configuration, you either will install and run binSight v3.2.8 components on a single workstation or set up a database server and connect to the server with client workstations. You should install and confirm the operation of all hardware and software before you install binSight v3.2.8.
IMPORTANT: Do not install binSight Server on any server running iView™ or Store Manager ES™ AIP without first contacting binSight support.
Best if virtual machine(s) (VMs) is/are not used for binSight Server.

†Quad processor and more RAM (up to 32 GB) may be necessary where multiple sites are on a single binSight database to allow for growth. Consider having a separate application server and database server for better multi-site instances.

binSight version 3.2.8 Client
This section describes the hardware and supporting software required to run a client workstation in a client/server operation. In this configuration, you install and run only certain binSight components and supporting software on a client workstation that connects to a database server, as described in the binSight version 3.2.8 Standalone/Server section. The information contained in this section is specific to the client workstation.
