How to reset (when spinning circle keeps spinning or a blank screen appears):

Why does this happen?

  • This may happen if you have not used the app for several days / weeks.

  • This may happen if the application has been updated since you last logged in.

What to do on the mobile app?

  • Delete the app and re-install. (Note: Deleting the app from your phone will not result in any data loss)

What to do on the desktop website? 

  • If you get the spinning circle on the AGRIS Sales website, try clearing your browser history and cache.

  • Reload the AGRIS Sales website after clearing your history.

When you go to the website / page and a spinning circle that keeps spinning or a blank screen appears on a web page, here is information to help you clear browsing / recent history:

Why does this happen?

  • This may happen if you have not used the website / page for several days / weeks.
  • This may happen if the website / page has been updated since you last logged in.

What to do on the website / page? 

  • If you get the spinning circle on the website / page, try clearing your browsing / recent history and cache.
  • Close the browser and then reload the website / page after clearing your history.

It may be worth trying a ‘hard reset’ of the web page before completely clearing your browser cache. A ‘hard refresh’ deletes the browser cache for the current page you are viewing and forces the most current version of the page to be reloaded. Google Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge allow for ‘hard resets’ of a web page in Windows by pressing CTRL + F5. /
