Benefits:

  • Maximize the ability to enforce signatures on deals as part of the sales process.
  • Reduce the risk that a customer will debate the existence of the committed price/quantity of a booking (i.e., contract).
  • Minimize effort and time spent by the Sales Manager to understand if the customer's signature is on the booking / prepay deal.

Details:

With the new "Sig" column you can check if the booking was signed. Here are the new icons you will see in the "Sig" column:


 - Booking was signed

 - Booking was signed by phone

If the "Sig" column is empty, the booking was not signed.
