Overview

Use this job aid to edit an items surcharges during formulation. Remember, that adding surcharges must be done on the Formulation Setup>Location Preference/Surcharge setup window.

To edit surcharges:

  1. From the Toolbar, select AGY for AgroGuide.

  2. From the AgroGuide menu, select AgroGuide.

  3. To select a client, type the name of the client in the Client box, or click   to access a list of clients in Name/Address. From the drop-down list, select the client.

  4. Then Select Formulation.

  5. If you want to use an existing formulation, in the Formulation Id box, click Lookup , enter information to find a formulation by, and then select the formulation from the Formulation Lookup window.

  6. The Client Name, Farm, Field, Subfield, Area, Regulatory State/County and Soil Texture will populate when choosing to Blend through the AgroGuide option, because you selected the options first prior to selecting the Formulation button.

  7. On the Requirements tab, enter the information required to generate the formulation. Note: For more information on the requirements page, please refer to job aid: Creating a Formulation.

  8. Click the Formulation Tab.

  9. Click the Costs icon  located in the Prices frame.  The Analysis frame is replaced with the Costs/Margins frame.

  10. Click Surcharges  to display the Formulation Surcharges window.

  11. In the Surcharges frame, identify the surcharge to change.  In the Surcharge box, type the new rate, percent, or flat amount.

  12. Or type a new price in the Base Unit Price or Base Extended Price for the item to adjust the item price.

  13. Click OK to save the information and redisplay the Formulation window.
