How to reset (when spinning circle keeps spinning):

- Why is this happening?

- This typically happens if you have not used the app for several days.  

- What to do on the desktop website? 

- If you get the spinning circle on the AGRIS Sales website, try clearing your browser history and cache.
- Reload the AGRIS Sales website after clearing your history.

- What to do on mobile?

- Delete the app and re-install. (Note: Deleting the app from your phone will not result in any data loss).

If nothing seems to work, reach out to your IT department:

- Have your IT department restart the agent service. Here is a brief instruction for restarting the agent:
