Create SmartList Reminder

When adding a new SmartList Favorite, if you click “Add Favorite” and “Reminder”, it will also put a reminder on your homepage in GP to remind you of the SmartList based on criteria entered:

• Reminders show on the Home page in GP

• Double Click the SmartList Reminder and it will open the SmartList.

Modify a Reminder

1. To modify or create a reminder for an existing SmartList Favorite, click on the “Pencil” icon in the To Do section of your Home Screen.

2. Click the blue arrow beside Reminders

3. Select the Smartlist favorite and click “Modify”

4. You can set this reminder to pop up when:

• there is a certain number of records in the Smartlist Favorite, or

• when the total of a specific column reaches a specific number

5. Click “OK” to close the windows when finished

Create a New Reminder

1. You could also create a new reminder for an already created Smartlist, by clicking “New”

2. Use the “Magnified Glass” icon to find the SmartList you want a Reminder for

Note: Checking the “Display as a Cue” checkbox, will make the notification show as an icon instead of text on your home screen.
