Delete/Void Bulk Transfer Entry

A new feature in CINCH has been added to either void a partially posted Bulk Transfer or reverse a fully posted Bulk Transfer.

You can find this feature in the Bulk Transfer Entry window:

(Transactions>>CINCH Grain>>Bulk Transfer Entry)

The added delete/void button will appear depending on the posting status of the transaction that you are entering.

1. Delete allows a user to delete an unposted bulk transfer.

2. Void allows a user to void/reverse a partially posted bulk transfer.

   1. Upon selection, the system will pop open the Void Reason window.

   2. Enter or select a Reason ID.

   3. Select Continue to void the transfer.

   4. Select Cancel to cancel the void.
