Troubleshooting Printing Issues in OneWeigh[Quick Tip]

When you clicked the print button on a ticket or report you were working on in OneWeigh, did you ever notice that nothing printed? To fix the problem, try these easy troubleshooting steps!

 

  1. Is the printer on and are all the cables plugged in and secure (if wired)?

  2. If it is turned on and connected properly, can you print a Windows Test page? If you cannot print a Windows Test page, please contact your internal IT and they will be able to assist.

  3. Make sure the printer is still available in the oneWeigh workstation for printing. Sometimes updates to the computer or changes in the network can cause the printer to be completely removed from your workstation. The steps to check this or to add the printer back into the workstation, are here.

  4. Try rebooting the printer, it may just be a connection issue that can be solved with a simple reboot.
