Accounts Payable - What's New in AGRIS 10.3.1 




These features build on the changes to AttachToo implemented in AGRIS 10.3.0.

With this release, AttachToo has the ability to do two more significant things:

  1. For all supported document types, your business can specify document attachment sub-types.

    1. With a combination of configurations available in System Security, Name/Address Maintenance, and AttachToo Document Types, your business may use new setup features to control which users have access to view, edit, add, or delete each individual document type in AttachToo. 

    2. This enhancement further extends the opportunities to use AttachToo for all your electronic document storage needs.  Examples include customer and vendor federal information, customer credit applications, employee information.  This also provides the ability to separate document types for Bill of Ladings, vendor invoices, as well original scale tickets from the oneWeigh as welll as creating sub-types for many other uses. 

  2.  Include tickets and associated documents on the form when printing settlements.  

    1. With the ability to include tickets and documents associated with those tickets, on the form when printing settlements.  Your business may specify which document types to pull from storage and include.  Additionally, document type printing is configurable based on location, commodity, name id type, and individual name id.  Currently only PDF and PNG file types print.  To eliminate duplication, only the most recently stored document of each selected type is included on the final form.  

Benefits of these features include: 

  1. Improve ease and efficiency printing settlement packets to present to your customers, counter parties and trading partners.
  2. Maximize flexibility to use as little or as much control as necessary for your business over the availability of document types.
  3. Reduce time and effort to include from storage the most recent document for of each type.
  4. Maximize consistency of the detail that you deliver based on each customer's, counter party's and trading partner's specific settings for settlement printing. 

FileBound 7 Integration to AttachToo. (AGR-50484)

AGRIS 10.3.1 includes a new option to use FileBound 7 as an external document storage mechanism.  This builds on the AttachToo functionality and allows your business to integrate AGRIS directly with FileBound 7.  

Benefits of this feature includes: 

  1. Ability to easily integrate AGRIS with an existing FileBound 7 document storage implementation.
  2. Simplify and improve efficiency of configuration as this builds on AttachToo document types and printing preferences.
  3. Reduce effort and time to associate AGRIS forms directly through FileBound.
  4. Reduce keystrokes, simplify document storage entry and leverage the same great user experience to see related documents as AttachToo.
