Configuring the form to capture customer's signature

The Sales App will allow you to capture the customer's signature on the Sales Booking Form and Prepay Cash Receipt Form. 

To do this in AGRIS:

  1. Select Accounts Receivable > Forms Manager > Choose Default Forms >9) Booking Form > and assign a default form with a signature on it.  
  2. View this tutorial video to add a signature box to your User Defined Default Form:

  3. Select Accounts Receivable > Forms Manager > Sales Booking Form and choose your default form with a signature on it.  Your form settings should look similar to the screen shot below. 
  4. Click Ok twice 
    1. Set your Output Device to the printer you want to default to.
    2. Set Create Additional Copy in Spooled Forms - Y
    3. Set Additional Copy in a Folder to one of the following;
      1. Y  - if not using AttachToo Document Storage.
      2. B Send to Both Document Storage and a Folder 
  5. Click Next and Put a Y in at least one of the boxes for Create Additional Copy When Printing To?   
  6. Press Ok > Save/ Exit.  You should now be able to store the signed Booking Form in AttachToo (if you are licensed to use AttachToo).  
  7. Repeat the steps above if you wish to store signatures on your Cash Receipt form for Prepays,
    1. Select Accounts Receivable > Forms Manager > Choose Default Forms >6) Cash Receipt Form > and assign a default form with a signature on it.  
    2. Select Accounts Receivable > Forms Manager > Cash Receipt Form and choose your default form with a signature on it.  Your form settings should look similar to the screen shot above. 
    3. Press Ok > Save/ Exit.  You should now be able to store the signed Cash Receipt Form in AttachToo (if you are licensed to use AttachToo).
