Unable To Apply Grain Tickets From Hold

Grain > Shipments > Apply from Hold > enter parameters > No tickets found.  Did you just load a new AGRIS license or update the extended options on an AGRIS license? The grain extended option #29 and #30 are turned on.  Need to turn them off. When you load the extended options, AGRIS asks if you want to update the dataset with the options on the license.  In the support world, that means everything is turned on automatically.

  1. AGRIS > Maintenance > Dataset Maintenance > select dataset > Extended options button

  2. Select Grain package

  3. Flag option #29 and #30 as N.

  4. OK to save

  5. OK to save dataset settings

  6. Try "apply from hold" option again.
