Contracts are not showing up in Action List / Action List security

Here are some things to check if contracts are not populating in Action List:

TABLE OF CONTENTS:

Valid Email Address for Recipient

First, establish that SIG is setup as a contact remark type in NAM:

Under the grower's NAM ID in AGRIS, be sure they have an email address under the SIG contact remark type

Contract Status not a Y

eSign checks the Contract Status before it will show a contract to be signed.  As long as the status is not a 'Y', it will allow the user to send it for signature.

Does User Have Proper Security? 

  1. AGRIS user must have an email address associated with their AGRIS login/user

  2. Commodity - Contract Maintenance must be at least 5 for Edit ability

  3. AttachToo Secuirty - Purchase Contracts and Sales Contracts need to be set to at least 3 for Process

  4. Does the Attachtoo user have proper security?

    1. How to verify:
      If there is doubt that it is indeed permission issue, one way of verifying is that we enable detailed logging(or you could just skip verifying and directly implement resolution).

    2. Go to service installed folder->Agris-PSQL.Server.exe.config (open in notepad) -> Find (ctrl+F) "GenerateAgentAdditionalLogs" -> mark it's value to "true" instead of "false" -> save the file -> restart service and wait 5 minutes -> new file should now exists at C:\Users\Public\Documents\Modularis\logs\EsignLogSteps.txt
      ->open this file and search for "newContract", it should display "newContract 1-X" and "newContract 2-Y" where X is the number of valid contracts is agris and Y are number of contracts whose pdf file is accessible. If X is greater than zero and Y is displayed zero, it means no pdf file is accessible i.e definitely permission issue.

    3. How to resolve:
      services -> Agris-PSQL Agent Web Services -> "Log On" tab -> select "This account" -> ask customer's IT administrator to add credentials for an (PC/Network) administrator account that have rights to access attachtoo folder over network -> OK -> please revert back any changes if changes were made to Agris-PSQL.Server.exe.config for verification->restart service and wait 5-10 minutes

  5. Does user have view or higher permission for SYS - Location Maintenance. see screenshot below:

 

Grain Contract Form

  1. Grain Contracts MUST be Graphic Forms

  2. Contracts must create a copy in AttachToo before it is picked up in the Action List.

    1. GRN > Contract Forms > Select Graphic Form

    2. Output Type 4

    3. At the bottom of the first screen, Put a D in the last box (Create Additional Copy in a Folder? = D

    4. Click Next - Add Y's to the options for Create Additional Copy when Printing to (other options)
